RBT and ABA Careers in Springfield, Ozark, and Joplin, MO
Work With My World ABA
My World ABA is always looking for compassionate, dependable people who want to help children and young adults learn, grow, and engage with the world around them. Applications are accepted for current and future opportunities across the Springfield, Ozark, and Joplin clinics.
The team provides clinic-based, play-based ABA services for children and young adults ages 18 months to 21 years. Every role supports a local mission built around kindness, dignity, learning, and quality of life.
Build a Career Around Kindness, Learning, and Play
My World ABA believes children learn best when they feel safe, understood, and free to engage through play. Team members help create that environment each day through one-to-one support, collaboration, clear communication, and respect for every child and family.
Applicants do not need to come from one specific background. The strongest candidates are ready to learn, comfortable working closely with children and families, and committed to showing up with patience and consistency.
Career Paths at My World ABA
Registered Behavior Technician and Behavior Technician
RBTs and behavior technicians work directly with children and young adults in the clinic while following individualized plans developed and supervised by behavior analysts. The role is hands-on, active, and centered on helping each child practice communication, social, learning, and daily living skills.
Current RBT certification is welcome, but it is not the only path to apply. The application includes an option for candidates who are willing to train, and My World ABA notes that the team can help new hires work toward the credential.
BCaBA and BCBA Roles
My World ABA also welcomes applications from Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. These roles support assessment, treatment planning, supervision, family collaboration, and the continued growth of the clinical team.
Administrative Opportunities
Administrative team members help families and clinical staff navigate the details that keep each clinic organized, welcoming, and responsive. Applicants interested in administrative work can select that option in the application form.
